Aerial Yoga is more than just a yoga workout - it's a complete body exercise that combines multiple modalities into one. Aerial Yoga (also referred to as AntiGravity Yoga) instructors know that this method is great for people with back pain, joint compression issues, and more. Bringing yoga, pilates, and calisthenics in the aerial environment brings health benefits that are hard to find elsewhere with one workout. Along with this, however, comes the risk of injury. From beginners to experts, workouts in general carry inherent risks to the people who do them. Accidents can happen no matter how careful a teacher is or how perfectly set up the equipment is.
